Back in 2010, shopping mall directories were complicated to use, even unresponsive at times; leaving one with no choice but to stumble about the mall hoping to chance upon the store they are looking for. MediaOnline also saw an opportunity to make wayfinding enjoyable. Instead of having clients put together the hardware, software and design components from various places, we offer a comprehensive solution taking care of the entire ecosystem. Recently, we have also expanded our services into web design to help organisations maintain a consistent brand image across various touchpoints.
